CHECKLIST FOR AIR TRAVEL

Diapering

Try packing average number of diapers that your baby will need for the length of the journey, along with extra few just incase. I never realized how small the plane washrooms are until I have seen the changing space, just keep in mind and  be prepared to just take the minimum when going in.Change just before boarding the plane, so you will have some time to settle in until the flight takes off.

(Accidents happen and believe me, the last you want to do when reaching your destination is walk out in clothes with milk and child accident marks.)

Feeding

Follow your baby’s feeding schedule as much as you can so his/her baby rountine is not disturbed. you can take water/liquid formula if its your baby’s food. If your baby is eating solids take some fruit & his favorite snack.  I generally place all my food into gallon ziplock bags as its easy to take out during security. And also help against leakage. Also its advised to feed your baby or give a pacifier during takeoff and landing so they air pressure wont hurt their ears.
